The afternoon workshops will offer more detailed instructions on the Ashtanga yoga method focused on various themes. Each session will start with a short meditation and philosophy discussion and continue with a more active technical, technique driven focus in terms of the asanas. Always wear clothing you can be active in for the workshops. It is also recommended to bring a journal in case you want to take notes.
