During the 7 days we will delve into the heart and soul of the Ashtanga yoga practice while connecting with nature, local culture, enjoying nutritious food, all within the eclectic backdrop of Morocco.. My goal is that by the end of the trip you walk away as a more empowered version of yourself, more connected to your body and spirit than ever before. I cannot wait to meet you all!

- We will provide a private transfer to and from the venue as part of the retreat.
